RESERVATION
1 - You will have to sign the accommodation reservation request
as the same time as you remit your deposit.
2 - You will have to pay the amount of the stay when you arrive. You
will have to pay for any started stay according to the dates mentioned
in this request.
The balance for stays starting between July 1 st and August 30 th will
have to be done 1 month before the beginning of the renting period.
3 - If you cancel your booking 30 days before the scheduled
arrival date, we will pay you back the deposit after deduction of file charges,
i.e. 25 €
RENTING
4 - Reservation requests cannot be under one week during high season. Each
rented week starts on Saturday at 4.00 pm. and ends at 10.00 am on the following
Saturday.
Prices include the supply of the accommodation, heating, crockery and kitchen
appliances, 2 blankets per bed (sheets are not provided) and a set of garden
furniture in summer. Sheets for hire (3 beds): 20 €
5 - Accommodations are booked for 24h. After this time, unless otherwise stated
by written notice, they are not booked anymore and the amounts paid cannot
be refunded.
6 - You will have to pay a 150 € guarantee
when you arrive and we will give it back to you once
we check the inventory and the state of property of the accommodation. We will
pay you back these deposits as soon as you leave or within 8 days once missing
or damaged elements have been deducted.
ENTRANCE VOUCHER
We will give you an entrance voucher as soon as we receive your reservation request.
You will then have to deliver this voucher to the reception desk. In case of
any delay, please inform us. |
